I had both front wheel brake pads and discs replaced at 26th Street Auto Service. All communications with the team were seamless. The point of contact was always available and response times were immediate. They were able to answer all of my questions and deliver a quote right away. The manager even gave me a great price in order to accommodate my needs. For the actual pads and discs they used top name brands that are above industry standards. The actual repair and replacement was done in less than 4 hrs. And I was able to pick up my car that same afternoon, right after getting off work. Great service. Fast and efficient. Great communication. Great price. It’s not a question of if I’ll go to them again, it’s a matter of when.

The most friendly service oriented family owned station that feels like a small town neighborhood place in the middle of Santa Monica/ Brentwood! And the owner which gas brands and re-branded his station to keep prices down for his clientele who are loyal like myself! Old school service in a time that such friendly service is rare!
