I have mostly used other, cheaper mechanics for work on my car. I have used this dealership for small jobs and recalls, such as replacing the airbag. These people know who the customer is. They make it so easy to do business with them. Their software supports the business so well. They called me to arrange recall work instead of me making the call. I am considering using these folks for other maintenance. Sure, a dealership charges a premium price for service, but they deliver premium service. They stand by their work and they get me in and out as quickly as can be expected. Once there were 6 or 7 cars in front of me and I did not have an appointment. I still got out in a little over 10 minutes, which was pretty good.

Great auto shop. They very quickly were able to provide a detailed check on a used car I was considering buying. I would recommend the shop to anyone.

The team is so awesome. They go above and beyond. Will always fill up my gas here (very reasonable, unlike the 76 on Bundy and San Vicente who practices consistent price gouging), Had my tire patched in 40 minutes, and they did a stellar job.

Jim and his crew have been taking care of our cars for years and it feels good to have a shop I can count on. Professional work and competitive labor rates is why their shop is always packed.

This review is long overdue. I have lived down the street in this neighborhood since 2010 and that first year I went to every auto shop in the area for everything from smog checks to oil changes to major repairs (there are a lot). I figured I had options so I may as well figure out which one I like best. Of the 3 or 4 I've found no better than Jim at Street Auto Center, and after that first year or so I've always gone to him.
