Took my SUV here for repair today. Robert and the team were fantastic. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and also informed me about other things to consider repairing without pressuring me. I will definitely return the next time I need work done.

I needed a quick patch for my tire and came in almost as they were about to close. Ended up staying to help me out. Robert is a really good guy and offers outstanding service above and beyond the call of duty.

Robert, Jackie and everyone are amazing. I have been patronizing this auto center for years, since I gave up on the Toyota dealership in Santa Monica. Every time I took my car in for normal service, the very next day something major broke. The first time: casual. The second time, a concern, the third time....well, you guess. So I went to Robert, and I have never looked back. Absolutely trustworthy, friendly, accommodating, and always going the extra mile. I now consider them friends, and it would be hard to convey what it means to me to have such friends. They have managed to keep my car going even at the ripe age of 26 - though it has only 100,000 miles on it. They always keep you informed, they are prompt, efficient, clean, and absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough superlatives - they would never be sufficient to convey how great they are.

Another outstanding experience! Amazing prompt service that always seems to exceed my expectations. Turn around time on my wife's Mercedes G Wagon was less than a day. I greatly appreciate they take appointments so they can get my car back to my wife asap. As a working father and 2 small kids, my wife needs the Mercedes back as quick as possible but more importantly, properly repaired. I literally trust Robert and Jackie with my families life. Found 26th Street Auto Center on Google a few years ago when I needed to find a place to take my '86 560SL. 26th Street Auto Center and the guys have treated me and the car so well that I have taken both my cars there ever since. No gouging or forcing unnecessary repairs. Always very simple explanations on what is wrong and very fair prices on work that they do. You would not find a nicer bunch of guys anywhere. Highly recommended!

I LOVE 26th Street Auto Center. My brother recommended me to them. He has been taking his car to them for years. I ALWAYS feel my car is being completely looked after. Simply amazing service again on my 740i BMW. Robert and Jackie go out of their way to make you feel at home. I had a tricky intermittent stalling problem that 2 other shops couldn't figure out. 26 th is a little further away from my home since I moved but realizing that I was 0 for 2 so far on getting this stalling figured out, I made the trip to see them. In less than 4 hours Robert had the issue figured out and called with me not just great, but amazing news. There was an extended warranty through BMW for vanos valves which were causing the car to stall. This is where it gets amazing and why 26 th gets great reviews. When I came to pick it up, Robert waived the diagnostic fee because he had seen the issue before and only had to make a phone call to verify out was covered. Folks, just go here. They are the old school shop that builds relationships but fully capable pf all the new school cars. Thank you Robert and Jackie, you truly have a life!
